You are hiring Permit Pal for the selected permit expediting service for the property you identify at checkout.
Service scope
Permit Pal assists with coordinating the selected application or permit issue, gathering application information, submitting materials as authorized, and following up with the relevant agencies. Project-specific requirements and scope will be confirmed by email. Additional services or changes to scope require a separate written agreement before additional charges.
Service fee and separate costs
The displayed amount is the Permit Pal service fee for one selected service. Government filing fees, fines, surveys, plans, engineering, architectural services and other required third-party professional costs are separate. The service fee does not include construction, physical repairs or work by other professionals. Additional costs must be approved by you before Permit Pal incurs them on your behalf.
Refund and cancellation policy
Service fees are nonrefundable unless the owner of Permit Pal approves an exception in writing, except where applicable law requires a refund. Permit expediting involves time and services that cannot be returned once performed. Paying the service fee does not guarantee a permit, variance, certificate or other approval.
Agency delays, agency decisions or denial, dissatisfaction with agency requirements, and additional requirements caused by inaccurate or incomplete information do not automatically entitle you to a service-fee refund. Any refund exception requires written owner approval, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To request cancellation or a refund exception, email permitpalhelp@outlook.com. An exception is effective only when confirmed in writing by the owner. Nothing in this agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Agency decisions and timing
Approval decisions, review requirements and timing are controlled by the relevant government agencies. Permit Pal does not guarantee approval or a completion date. Agencies may require revisions, additional documents, professional reports or corrective work.
Your responsibilities
You must own the property or have authority to request the service. Provide accurate information and timely responses. After payment, contact Permit Pal by email with your name, selected service and property address. We will provide instructions for the documents and project details needed. You remain responsible for obtaining required professional services and completing required physical work.
